Class Venues

Any of our Private Group classes conducted onsite at client locations can be conducted In-Person, Online (virtually) or on a Hybrid (combo) class basis.

In-Person Classes

For In-Person classes, CompuTrain sends one of it instructors to your location so your team is being trained onsite.  To ensure everything goes smoothly the day of class, we ask the client to complete a pre-class prep sheet which details all of the logistics for the day of training (e.g. class location, class times, contact, parking, etc.).

Online (Virtual) Classes

Many clients prefer to hold their Private Group classes Online with one of our instructors teaching the class remotely.  We typically use either Microsoft Teams or Zoom as the training platform.  The choice is yours.  The Online option is often ideal for clients that have some employees in remote locations but want the local team trained together in the same classroom.

Hybrid Classes

For Hybrid classes, the CompuTrain instructor comes onsite to conduct the class in-person, and some of the students attend virtually.  The Hybrid venue is ideal for clients that want the benefit of the In-Person class but also have some remote users that need the training but cannot travel to its onsite location.  Again, either Microsoft Teams or Zoom is the training platform typically used for the remote students.  The remote students are able to seamlessly interact with the In-Person students as if they were sitting in the same room.
