As a Microsoft Partner, CompuTrain provides In-Person, hands-on, instructor-led training classes on all Microsoft applications, including Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Access, Project, Word, Outlook, Visio, OneNote and InfoPath. Our course content and delivery have been continuously refined with each release of the Microsoft Office Suite resulting in training classes that are impactful, engaging, and purposeful.

In-Person Training

By design, all classes are facilitated by In-Person instructors teaching the course in the same classroom as the students (i.e. classes are not conducted virtually or remotely).   There are no exceptions.  The transition from the classroom back to the work environment is of utmost importance, and an In-Person training class venue is unparalleled in successfully achieving your important goals.

Taught by Microsoft-certified instructors, classes are offered on-site (at our clients' facilities) as well as at the CompuTrain Training Center.

Public Classes

All public classes are held from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  With convenient, easy in-and-out access, the CompuTrain Training Center is located almost 1 mile inside Beltway 8 (Sam Houston Tollway) on Westheimer.

Self-Assessment Tool

We strongly encourage all students to review our Self-Assessment Tool to determine the most appropriate class (Introduction, Intermediate, Advanced etc...)  given his or her current skill set. This is an easy, quick and highly effective means to ensure proper course enrollment and to avoid unnecessary costs.

As a CompuTrain student, you are entitled to several valued-added benefits, including monthly specials available only through your MyCT account. Through MyCT, you will also be able to track your entire CompuTrain class history at any time. Private Classes

Private group training classes are an ideal means to train a department or an entire organization (large or small).  We deliver content in a "customized but standardized" format, ensuring all employees obtain the same learning experience.

Classes can be conducted at the CompuTrain Training Center or onsite at your location. Our management team will work with your team in conducting needs assessments and creating customized curriculum that is impactful, targeted, and achieves your goals within your budget.
